PROJECT MANAGER
Key Skills: Alex is a confident and passionate individual who holds excellent communication skills. A good listener, he effectively manages project relationships whilst minimising client risk. He has a great attention to detail and strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property.
Role: Alex interfaces daily with the client team, managing and updating all project correspondences, alongside project monitoring. He is responsible for issuing detailed meeting minutes, instructions, project reports, valuations, RFI/IR schedules and invoices. A quick learner with a pro-active approach, Alex is passionate about delivering high quality successful projects.
Background: Since joining the company in 2016, he has been involved in numerous successful commercial Cat A and Cat B fit outs and residential projects, leading many of them. Alex has completed a level 3 diploma in Construction and the Built Environment (with a merit). As well as leading his own projects Alex supports other team members on our larger projects, interacting with clients, consultants, and contractors.
