MANAGING DIRECTOR
Key skills: Andrew has strong people skills and team management experience in the planning and delivery of major new build, refurbishment and fit out construction projects. A good communicator with the ability to draw the professional team together to produce results. He has sound technical understanding of the construction process from both management and consultancy positions.
Role: Responsible for overall lead of the consultant team and development of key project strategies. Manages client brief and “challenges” the design team and the client to obtain cost-effective and timely solutions.
Background: Prior to the formation of C&P Andrew was the co-founder and Managing Director of Chisholm Nurser and Partners. Formed in January 1994, the company grow from a year one turnover of £189,000 and three staff to an eventual 160-strong nationwide consultancy practice with 11 offices and a turnover of £12m. The company was sold to Land America in August 2007 and Andrew being retained as European managing director.
