Constructed a luxury dwelling on the site of an existing house in the exclusive St. George’s Hill Estate. Works included basement swimming pool, spa area and wine cellar, which are accessed by pioneering post-tensioned solid stone spiral staircase. Our role included dealing with the termination of the contractor's contract part-way through the build and managing the completion of the project with a variety of trades on a construction management basis.
