Key Skills: Dwyer has a straightforward approach to management of people and scenarios; his focus is to find the most pragmatic solution with the least impact to cost and the programme. His nature allows him to create good working relationships with his team and, through keeping full transparency with his team along with the contractor and client, he minimises issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle and allows full appraisal of the project.
Role: Dwyer is currently lead project manager on multiple projects valuing over £100M. These projects are in cost, client and usage, with high end residential, hotels and offices all included within his portfolio. Dwyer is the key contact for these projects, forming relationships at the early stages of appointments through to the handover to the client on completion.
Background: During his degree in Newcastle, Dwyer was involved in site management work for OBS LTD, managing and constructing ten pin bowling alleys in Europe. After completing his degree, he moved to Koh Samui, Thailand to join SWR Samui as a project manager. He oversaw the construction of high-end residential villas and the completion of Tides Samui Resort, a 5* Boutique time-share. When Dwyer moved back to the UK in 2014, he joined C&P as the first company employee.
