Redevelopment of a listed building to create a 32-bed boutique hotel, private members’ club and restaurant. This involved the development of an intricate design which was balanced with the constraints of working with a Grade II listed building. Complex demolition and temporary works were required to create a new construction within a retained stonework façade, along with the retention of other ornate features and the central staircase.
