Key Skills: A natural team leader with excellent communication skills bringing an energetic “can do” attitude to projects. He is experienced in a wide variety of construction developments, including complex refurbishments and new build schemes. A good listener, he has operated client-and delivery-side in both senior management and commercial roles.
Role: Understanding the key project goals, setting up strategic objectives, obtaining client decisions, managing project relationships and ensuring risk are identified and mitigated before materialising. Responsible for the success of the project and minimising client risk through the provision of strategic and target advice.
Background: A chartered quantity surveyor by profession, Jez has worked in both commercial and project management roles for major contractors prior to moving into consultancy, Jez was co-founder of niche project management firm JJ2 Consulting and before this held the following roles: CNP - Head of Projects, Capita Simmonds - Head of Project Management dealing with corporate clients and ISG - Project Manager.
