Key Skills: Ollie has a strong skillset in take offs, forecasting, budgeting, numeracy, communication negotiation, analytical thinking, and contractual knowledge.

Role: Ollie's key roles are that of: cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, valuation, and cost estimating are all part of my daily tasks.

 

Background: Ollie is a graduate of the University of Westminster undertaking quantity surveying and commercial management. He has worked on a variety of projects predominantly in the demolition industry ranging from small to large scale strip outs and structural alterations. With most recently expanding his career by joining Capital and Provincial in a PQS role providing services for a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Hardworking, dedicated, and eager to progress as a professional and become a more well-rounded QS over the coming years.
