Fit out of 110,000ft² warehouse to create highly serviced Clean Room, Innovation Centre, Production space and support areas for Oxford Instruments Plasma Services.  Areas include those designed to achieve ISO 05 cleanliness level in operation. Completion anticipated in late 2023.  Capital & Provincial carried out the roles of PM, QS and EA on this project which was procured under a Construction Management approach to allow later client change to suit their dynamic market place.
