Paul has a strong interest in building pathology, building defects and technical matters which has led to him managing large investigative programmes, documenting defects, developing remediation strategies and coordinating large project teams and personally overseeing delivery.
Background: Paul’s career began as a Graduate Building Surveyor at BSVP before moving to calfordseaden LLP in 2014 as an Assistant Surveyor, progressing to Partner in 2021. He holds a degree in Building Surveying from Kingston University. Paul achieved MRICS status in 2015 and has since focused on professional development, recently achieving RICS Registered Expert Witness accreditation.
