The project has reached an important milestone with the topping out ceremony taking place this week (Sept 7th). With the cladding now being fixed onto the frame of the building, the project is rapidly looking like the finished article as represented in the CGI images the team have been used to seeing over the years.
Commissioned by Cadogan Estates, the design team include: PDP London (Architect) AKTII (Structural) and HDR (Building Services). QS and CA roles by TTPP with Capital and Provincial undertaking the Project Management.
The shell and core construction is being undertaken by Wates and should be complete next summer to allow for the fitting out of this mixed use development, consisting of rooftop bar, pub, Curzon cinema, retail units, offices and apartments.
