C&P are working for the funder for the development, transforming this iconic building into a 5 star hotel, several luxury apartments and a club. As well as monitoring the spending of the initial loan we have been closely involved with negotiations for a further loan as the project moves beyond through the groundworks and excavation phases and on towards the design and delivery of the fit out of the building.
