Capital and Provincial celebrate 10 years. Where has that time gone?
Capital and Provincial have experienced exceptional growth since formation in 2010. Staff numbers, client list, office locations and number, size and complexity of projects have all increased since the formation of the business in November 2010. Early and very successful collaborations with Jez Dyer and Justin Wheatley of project management practice JJ2 and Stephen Barker and David Smith of building surveyors and quantity surveyors BSVP quickly developed into the coming together of all three practices to expand the business and provide a director lead multi disciplined construction consultancy service across the property investment, development and owner occupier sectors. We remain a fully independent owner managed business that values the contribution of all involved, from the most senior experienced staff directing the progress of the business and the management of the more complex appointments to the newest graduate trainees breathing new life into “the way we do things around here”.
Success can be measured in a number of ways with a multitude of metrics but for us at Capital and Provincial success looks like every member of our staff and every client that has and continues to provide us with the opportunities to do what we do best.
We are grateful for the support of all involved with the business, external and internal. We remain focused on the delivery of a no nonsense reliable service dedicated to doing business with respect for all parties to it and with a hunger for constant improvement.
