Capital and Provincial are delighted to have won the roles of Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for a project to create bedrooms from existing meeting rooms as well as a roof extension, at the listed City of London Club in Old Broad Street.
Planning permission and Listed Building consent now obtained for the rooftop extension and refurbishment of The City of London Club in Old Broad Street. C&P are providing Project Management, QS and Contract Admin services for The Club working with Mansfield Monk Architects, Caroline Paterson Interiors, Caroline Fooks Design, FHP-ESS (Services) and Axiom (Structures).
