C&P Win Project Management and Quantity Surveying role in Earl's Court

The photo above shows a project in the Philbeach Crescent in Earl's Court, Where Capital and Provincial have won the role for the project and cost management of the refurbishment and conversion of the building. The project is to convert the existing hotel into 20 hotel apartments. We hope to be on site early in the spring with the first phase of the Works. A second phase to extend to the rear will proceed once planning is achieved.
