The project consists of a newly constructed three storey building, to provide a 72-bedroom residential nursing care home with ancillary facilities. It comes complete with external landscaping, refuse facilities and twenty-five parking places.
The home was designed by architects ADG Architects with structural consultants Fluid Structures and services by NC design. Cost consultants were John Cobb Consulting. PC of the building was achieved in June, with fit out completing in August.
