Great to see the Queen’s Head development achieve Practical Completion this month. The project, just off the King’s Rd in Chelsea, consisted of the construction of two new town houses bookending a pub with three apartments above, built behind a retained façade. Capital and Provincial were the Project Managers and Contract Administrators with the design team consisting PDPLondon, Axiom and Desco. QS services by TTPP and building by Buxton Builders with a special mention for Ecoism Joinery for their fabulous work on the project.
