As part of the project developing 66-68 Farringdon Road EC1R, into a Ground and 5 floor office with retail offerings and a rooftop terrace and views, a floor of CAT A+ Office space has been completed. The 27,750sqft of Completed office space is a : 'warm, modern and welcoming office space, with fixed working spaces aswell as flexible working areas to suit the ever evolving workplace', In the words of construction & fit-out company Mica Projects. C&P advised on the technical due diligence associated with the purchase of this asset. C&P are Project Managers for the delivery of the final scheme.
