Great to hear that Beaverbrook Town House in Sloane Street won the London Region award for the best non- residential alteration/extension at the LABC awards this week. The scheme which involved a substantial amount of demolition to then create Beaverbrook’s London Club with Bar, Restaurant, Private dining and 14 luxury bedrooms rooms was completed in Summer 2021 and has proved a great success since. Capital & Provincial were project managers for the project and also managed the procurement and installation of the FF&E – a great experience. TTPP provided the base build architecture as well as QS services with MBP designing the structures and Flatt Consulting the MEP. Building Control by RBKC and the client was The Cadogan Estate.
