Renowned chef Tom Kerridge is moving into the Queen’s Head pub in Chelsea to open up a new restaurant. Capital and Provincial were project managers for the complete re-building of the pub along with 2 town houses either side and 3 apartments above in a project which completed last year.
Tom is based at the Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow, his long-time flagship venue, where he also runs two other food-based pubs. He also operates two concessions in London – at Harrods and within the Corinthia Hotel in Whitehall.
