In February the Nadler Hotel Covent Garden was opened to the public. Capital and Provincial carried out a Development Management and FF&E management role on the project for this 56 bed hotel created from a former office building on the corner of The Strand and Bedford Street. Main contractor was Blenheim House Construction with a consultant team of Pace Jefford Moore Associates Architects, Building Services Group, Bridges Pound structural engineers and MPG Shreeves QS’s.
