Topping out at Holbein Gardens achieved by Blenheim House for Grosvenor as the team continue to work towards an exemplary zero carbon workspace. Holbein Gardens is a total redevelopment and one storey extension of a 1980s office building off Sloane Square, creating a 25,000 sq ft modern workplace constructed within the UKGBC’s net zero carbon buildings framework.
The designs by Barr Gazetas, which centre on retaining the existing four-storey structure, re-use of materials and the introduction of extensive greening, and as mentioned above; will be delivered by Blenheim House Construction.
