Demolition at the 63-66 Coleman Street project continues, with works progressing to the 35-39 Moorgate side from level 7 down to level 4, as well as demolition of the level 3 slab on the 63-66 Coleman Street side.
The revised project scheme includes for the demolition of the existing building and rebuilding of a new 7 story building, inclusive of a better building fit for a post Co-vid future, maximising the site public realm opportunity and simplification of massing and strengthening of architecture at the upper floors.
